Terms and Conditions

FISHtian© Pty Ltd TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) shall govern our relationship with our clients and are subject to change without notice. Use of our website or ordering system implies knowledge and acceptance of the conditions.

 

Orders

  1. All orders to be received by 2pm AEST for next day delivery and dispatch.
  2. Early orders may qualify for same day delivery in Sydney Metropolitan area.
  3. Personal collection welcome by appointment.                                 

*Orders must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed.

*Price, availability & size are subject to change and notifications will be sent whenever applicable or posted on our website.

 

Live Arrival Guarantee

The ‘Live arrival’ guarantee applies exclusively under the following conditions:

  1. Receiver is present to sign off at the time of delivery
  2. Receiver picks up shipment within 2 hours of the arrival notification from the cargo facility.

Failure to comply with any of the above conditions will result in the ‘Live Arrival Guarantee’ being void and inapplicable. DOAs must be reported within 2 hours of arrival and must include a photo of the fish in the sealed bag and sent by email to us. We guarantee credit on DOAs with your next order. We offer no monetary refunds.

 

Shipping Conditions

  1. Ground shipping is overnight door to door.
  2. Alternatively, it can be held at a designated facility including airport for pick up.
  3. Once orders and payments have been received we will schedule suitable delivery times and location.
  4. In situations where carrier mishandling, delays in transit, packaging damage or extreme weather conditions, FISHtian© Pty Ltd is in no way responsible for DOAs. All relevant complaints should be addressed with the cargo carrier.

 

Payment Conditions

  1. All orders must be paid in full and EFT cleared prior to reserving or shipping.
  2. All payments, for orders including shipping costs must be made through PayPal, Square (Visa/ Mastercard) or direct EFT.

Note – Credit Cards, PayPal or EFT payments may incur a fee that will be added to the final order amount.

Care & Handling of fish

Once live fish are in your care, they are your sole responsibility, and no credit will apply for death after arrival. We exercise all possible due care and diligence and will be happy to assist with advice for general care, water temperature, PH etc.

Fish sex cannot be guaranteed with 100% level of accuracy though we will always aim at fulfilling your order request as best as we can.

Please Note – Fish size are worked on average values and some fish may be slightly smaller or larger than advertised.

 

Final Conditions

FISHtian© Pty Ltd reserves its right to refuse service and supply to anyone, anytime and for any reason.
